I forgot to note that this is on top of my earlier patch which adds
OPT_BOOL_NONEG, see [ref], but
otherwise applies on top of master, and will work just fine by
amending that to say OPT_BOOL (although --no-no-tags will then exist,
as noted in the other patch).
