[PATCH v3 1/2] imap-send: clarify CRAM-MD5 vs LOGIN documentation

From: Tony Finch <dot@dotat.at>
Date: 2016-06-15 23:02:06
Subsystem: documentation, the rest · Maintainers: Jonathan Corbet, Linus Torvalds

Explicitly mention that leaving imap.authMethod unset makes
git imap-send use the basic IMAP plaintext LOGIN command.
