[PATCH 4/4] revisions.txt: fix and clarify <rev>^{<type>}

From: Richard Hansen <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:57:49
Subsystem: documentation, the rest · Maintainers: Jonathan Corbet, Linus Torvalds

If possible, <rev> will be dereferenced even if it is not a tag type
(e.g., commit dereferenced to a tree).
