[PATCH 2/2] pack-protocol.txt: fix pkt-line lengths

From: Tay Ray Chuan <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:48:33
Subsystem: documentation, the rest · Maintainers: Jonathan Corbet, Linus Torvalds

Previously, the lengths were 4-bytes short. Fix it such that the lengths
reflect the total length of the pkt-line, as per spec.
