[PATCH] fix an error message in git-push so it goes to stderr

From: Larry D'Anna <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:48:10
Subsystem: the rest · Maintainer: Linus Torvalds

Having it go to standard output interferes with git-push --porcelain.
