[PATCH] gitk: Add Japanese translation

私はgitkの日本語訳をしてみました。その訳を添付します。
I tried to Japanese translation of gitk. Attached to its translation.
いくつかのメッセージはまだ翻訳されていません。
Some messages are not translated yet.
そして、いくつかの変な翻訳が見つかるかもしれません。
And, you may find some strange translations.
より良い日本語訳の案がある人はお知らせください。
People have a better idea of Japanese translation, please let us know.
