I too believe it is SHA-1; I endorse changing all occurences of SHA1 to SHA-1.
Unfortunately RFC 3174 talks about "SHA-1" all the time, with the exception of the
title that says: "US Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1)"...
Sigh... Such is the world of "standards".
