[PATCH] t/.gitattributes: only ignore whitespace errors in test files

Only ignore whitespace errors in t/tNNNN-*.sh and the t/tNNNN subdirectories. Other files (like test libraries) should still be checked. Also fix a whitespace error in t/test-lib.sh.
