Oops. I missed that. I guess that msys-1.0.dll is built from

	http://downloads.sourceforge.net/mingw/msys-1.0.10-src.tar.bz2

and that libW11.dll is built from some package in

	http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=37352
