[PATCH 2/11] Honor GIT_REFLOG_ACTION in git-rebase.

From: Shawn O. Pearce <hidden>
Date: 2016-06-15 22:42:47
Subsystem: the rest · Maintainer: Linus Torvalds

To help correctly log actions caused by porcelain which invoke
git-reset directly we should honor the setting of GIT_REFLOG_ACTION
which we inherited from our caller.
