[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v2 0/2] support block cipher DIGEST_ENCRYPTED mode

This series adds support for block cipher DIGEST_ENCRYPTED mode in
OCTEON TX, OCTEON TX2 PMDs and sample unit test application.
