Re: [PATCH] Clang compile error with RTE_LIBRTE_MEMPOOL_DEBUG enabled.

When enabling RTE_LIBRTE_MEMPOOL_DEBUG and compiling with clang
compiler an error occurs, because ifdefed code now includes GCC pragmas.
