dmaengine: sprd: Use devm_ioremap_resource() to map memory

From: Baolin Wang <hidden>

Also in: lkml
Subsystem: dma generic offload engine subsystem, the rest · Maintainers: Vinod Koul, Linus Torvalds

Instead of checking the return value of platform_get_resource(), we can

momery region requesting.
