[PATCH 4/4] memcg: always enable kmemcg on the default hierarchy

From: Tejun Heo <hidden>
Date: 2015-08-28 15:25:44
Also in: linux-mm
Subsystem: control group - memory resource controller (memcg), memory management, the rest · Maintainers: Johannes Weiner, Michal Hocko, Roman Gushchin, Shakeel Butt, Andrew Morton, Linus Torvalds

On the default hierarchy, all memory consumption will be accounted
together and controlled by the same set of limits. Always enable
