[PATCH v5 bpf-next 1/4] selftests/bpf: skip loading bpf_testmod when using -l to list tests.

From: Yucong Sun <hidden>
Date: 2021-08-17 04:47:45
Subsystem: bpf [general] (safe dynamic programs and tools), bpf [selftests] (test runners & infrastructure), kernel selftest framework, the rest · Maintainers: Alexei Starovoitov, Daniel Borkmann, Andrii Nakryiko, Eduard Zingerman, Kumar Kartikeya Dwivedi, Shuah Khan, Linus Torvalds

When using "-l", test_progs often is executed as non-root user,
load_bpf_testmod() will fail and output errors. This patch skip loading bpf
testmod when "-l" is specified, making output cleaner.
