[PATCH iproute2-next v3 0/2] bridge: vlan: fix compressvlans usage

Hi maintainers,

In these two patches, I fixed `compressvlans` usage description.
The usage said `-c` implied `-comressvlans`, but actually implied
`-color`.

In man page, `-compressvlans` was missing, and I added back with some
description.
