[PATCH 1/2] net: ethernet: ftgmac100: use phydev from struct net_device

From: Philippe Reynes <hidden>
Date: 2016-05-15 23:35:24

The private structure contain a pointer to phydev, but the structure
net_device already contain such pointer. So we can remove the pointer
phydev in the private structure, and update the driver to use the
one contained in struct net_device.

[PATCH 2/2] net: ethernet: ftgmac100: use phy_ethtool_{get|set}_link_ksettings

From: Philippe Reynes <hidden>
Date: 2016-05-15 23:35:31

There are two generics functions phy_ethtool_{get|set}_link_ksettings,
so we can use them instead of defining the same code in the driver.
