tg3 kernel Oops on bmc5720

Hi list, 

I've submitted a kernel Oops with details last week, and got no reply to it. No idea why, maybe it wasn't noticed by the correct people. 

The original mail was titled "Kernel OOPS when generating specific network traffic on BMC5720 NIC".
