Support for draft-ietf-6man-impatient-nud-02

Hi All, Would like to know if the patch for supporting new NDP state UNREACHABLE as per "draft-ietf-6man-impatient-nud-02" (Neighbor Unreachability Detection is too impatient) exists? It is useful to have these changes supported as part of the initiatives to mitigate the effects of DoS attacks as mentioned in RFC 6583 (Operational Neighbor Discovery Problems). I couldn't find any related emails in the netdev archives. Appreciate your response. Regards, Kiran
