[PATCH] ipv6: Remove never used function inet6_ac_check().

From: David Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
Date: 2012-02-01 21:15:04
Subsystem: networking [general], networking [ipv4/ipv6], the rest · Maintainers: "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, David Ahern, Ido Schimmel, Linus Torvalds

It went from unused, to commented out, and never changing after
that.

Just get rid of it, if someone wants it they can unearth it from
the history.

Commited to net-next.
