5 hours of use this morning with 11n_disabled=1, and not a single problem.
I'll re-enable 11n, and get you some cleaner logs shortly.

I need to think that over.
A possibly interesting datapoint, is that it seems I can make this happen
faster
if there's disk IO going on (I ran a make clean on a kernel tree in this
case).
