[PATCH] ppp: Use a real SKB control block in fragmentation engine.

From: David Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
Date: 2010-10-05 08:37:07
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Do this instead of subverting fields in skb proper.

The macros that could very easily match variable or function
names were also just asking for trouble.
