[PATCH net-2.6 6/6] be2net: fix to get RxQ IDs 0 and 1.

From: Ajit Khaparde <hidden>
Date: 2010-08-22 09:28:02
Subsystem: networking drivers, the rest · Maintainers: Andrew Lunn, "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Under certain configurations, it is possible to get RxQ IDs from
firmware which are not 0 and 1. This change ensures RxQ IDs 0 & 1
for the be2net network interfaces.
