networking merge window status

Basically what's in net-next-2.6 is what is going to Linus.

Regrettably there is a thing or two I wanted to look at but
time ran out.

I'll be making a pull request to Linus either in a few hours, or some
time tomorrow.  Either way, whatever ends up in that pull request is
all that we'll be sending for networking, feature-wise, this merge
window.

Please don't ask for exceptions. :-)
