Hello, Dave!

We have faced a several problems with IPv6 start/stop on 2.6.18 RHEL5
kernel in OpenVz. The code in the 2.6.25 does not differ from 2.6.18 in
respect to this.

I still haven't gotten around to reviewing this stuff yet.
