[PATCH 15/31] [CCID3]: Remove redundant `len' test

From: Gerrit Renker <hidden>
Date: 2007-03-20 23:14:08
Subsystem: networking [general], the rest · Maintainers: "David S. Miller", Eric Dumazet, Jakub Kicinski, Paolo Abeni, Linus Torvalds

Since CCID3 avoids sending 0-byte data packets (cf. ccid3_hc_tx_send_packet),
testing for zero-payload length, as performed by ccid3_hc_tx_update_s, is
redundant - hence removed by this patch.
