I just pushed all of that work to Linus, this tree is at:

	bk://kernel.bkbits.net/davem/net-2.6

I'll start working on the backlog which has accumulated
over the past few days starting tomorrow.  Today was
mega-merge day since I have a bunch of VM layer API
changes and Sparc64 bug fixes to push to Linus today
as well.

So, there is no need to resend any patches.  Either it's
in the that tree I pushed to Linus, or I'll get to it
tomorrow :-)
