8139too.txt missing.

Hi.

While trying to squeeze the last drop of performance out of a pair of 
RTL8139C cardbus cards in bonding mode, I found that 8139too.txt is 
missing from the 2.6 kernel source.

Is this intentional? If so, should the module help text and the driver
source be modified to not mention this file?
