[LTP] git ltp failed

Hi Garrett,

 I follow git command below, but failed. whether it relates with privileges
or not.

#git clone git://ltp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/ltp/ltp-dev.git ltp

Initialized empty Git repository in /home/fxu/ltp-dev/.git/
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly.

    ltp-dev.git is dead. I moved it back to ltp.git several months ago
so that the directions on the SF page would match reality.
    Where does it say that you need to use ltp-dev.git now?
