[PATCH] powerpc/mpic: Point the comment at the surviving binding

Commit 326d25198112 ("dt-bindings: powerpc: Drop duplicate fsl/mpic.txt")
folded the fsl,mpic binding into the chrp,open-pic schema, so the file
this comment refers to no longer exists.
