Guest getting crashed when triggering fadump on guest having maxcpus element!

Hi All,

When I am having maxcpus present in my xml while bringing up the guest :

"ppc_spapr.ram","size":17179869184} -overcommit mem-lock=off -smp 8,maxcpus=64,sockets=64,cores=1,threads=1 -uuid f2b823d1-b92d-4467-9865-f640875bf9ee -no-user-config -nodefaults


If I trigger fadump on the guest it throws continuous OOPS and the following error message on the guest console

I am seeing traces along with rtas incomplete failure and guest is crashing with OOPS. Pasting some traces and will put whole console log in the console.log attached file.
