[RFC PATCH] powerpc/numa: Return the first online node instead of 0

From: Aneesh Kumar K.V <hidden>
Date: 2022-05-23 10:55:25
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Linus Torvalds

If early cpu to node mapping finds an invalid node id, return
the first online node instead of node 0. On ppc, we can find node 0
not present.
