[PATCH] powerpc: Declare hcall_inst_seq_ops const

From: Tobias Klauser <tklauser@distanz.ch>
Date: 2009-09-07 07:35:19
Subsystem: linux for powerpc (32-bit and 64-bit), the rest · Maintainers: Madhavan Srinivasan, Linus Torvalds

Marking it const moves it to the .rodata section, which avoids false
sharing with potential dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental
writes at compile time to these shared resources.

(description taken from commit 5dfe4c964a0dd7bb3a1d64a4166835a153146207)
