Is there anybody created the ML403 firmware in which XEMAC configured in "Scattered DMA" Mode

Hi All,

Is there anybody created the ML403 firmware in which XEMAC configured in
"Scattered DMA" Mode.  Please provide me the .dts file and .bit file I am
not able to create it. Where can I get the "device tree" and "Reference
Design" (I think Xilinx) for the ML403 board?
