[patch 0/6] PS3 Storage Drivers for 2.6.23, take 3

	Hi,

This is the third submission of the new PS3 storage drivers:
  [1] ps3: Preallocate bootmem memory for the PS3 FLASH ROM storage driver
  [2] ps3: Storage Driver Core
  [3] ps3: Storage device registration routines.
  [4] ps3: Disk Storage Driver
  [5] ps3: BD/DVD/CD-ROM Storage Driver
  [6] ps3: FLASH ROM Storage Driver

They are based on:
  - the current Linux kernel source tree,
  - plus the PS3 patches already submitted by Geoff Levand on linuxppc-dev,
  - plus the shost_priv() patch in scsi-misc.

All issues raised during the previous review rounds should be fixed.

If there are no more comments, please apply for 2.6.23.  Since they depend on
other PS3 work, I think it's most logical to let Paul integrate them.

Preallocate 256 KiB of bootmem memory for the PS3 FLASH ROM storage driver.
This can be disabled by passing `ps3flash=off' on the kernel command line.

  - Implemented as a block device driver with a dynamic major
  - Disk names (and partitions) are of the format ps3d%c(%u)
  - Uses software scatter-gather with a 64 KiB bounce buffer as the hypervisor
    doesn't support scatter-gather

Add a FLASH ROM Storage Driver for the PS3:
  - Implemented as a misc character device driver
  - Uses a fixed 256 KiB buffer allocated from boot memory as the hypervisor
    requires the writing of aligned 256 KiB blocks
