TEMAC driver for linuxppc-2.4

Hello all,
I am using uClinux (linuxppc-2.4) for the Xilinx Virtex-4 powerpc board.

I would like to use XTEMAC, but there are only XEMAC and XGEMAC driver 
available.
Please inform me, if anyone know how to get the XTEMAC driver for 
linuxppc-2.4.
