What's about isp1362 from Phillips?
Two Hosts, one Device and OTG. A driver from denx is supporting this chip:
one host and device.

Was thinking about using this cypress chip, but didn't find any drivers
for it,  :(
Anybody working on a driver ?

The isp1362 is not USB2 :(
