Looking for David Given re: ATI Rage Pro 128 TR

Back in January you posted that you'd solved the problem of the lack of
framebuffer support for the ATI Rage Pro 128 TR on the Indigo iMac.  I
discovered your post in an archive earlier this month, but unfortunately
it didn't have the attatched file you mentioned.  Could you send that to
me at  [off-list ref]  along with an instruction of how to install it?
That tech problem halted my first forays into linux, so I'm not
completely sure of how to go about that.
