MCC drivers for MPC8260

Hi to everybody,

We are trying to write the MCC device driver for MPC8260. Our platform is
M.V. CDK 1.2 with kernel 2.4.0-test2.

Anybody has some example (or working) code and/or some reference URL where
we can find some help.
