slave mode usb testing..?

Hello,

I just want to test the slave mode functioning of slave mode
USB.

i was trying to connect it to another MPC823E board running in
HOST mode( host mode runs fine) but quite often it gives the
message like usb_control/bulk_msg: timeout .

I was expecting device connection to be detected by HOST.

first of all is this the right method for testing..?

apart from this have anybody a basic client usb driver as
I also doubt whether my slave mode initialisation is alright.
