Bash DO support cross compiling but not all target and not correctly. I have bumped into this problem, amended *.in files and sent the patch(2.05) to Chet Ramey, CWRU at http :// cnswww. cns. cwru. edu/ ~chet/ . It is the patch here! Ludwig
