Modified DACA features patch

I discovered that sometimes the internal speaker gets setup wrong on
wakeup, causing weird frequency dropouts. Putting a couple of short delays
in the wakeup routine seems to have corrected the problem, which I suspect
is due to the I2C bus not properly sending the commands because it's not
fully awake yet.
