NIC problem

I use CDK1.2 from mvista. My custom board can work correctly via NFS. Now I rebuild the kernel with linuxppc_2_4 from penguinppc.org. When I use it to boot the board,it said 'PCI: unable to handle 64-bit address data...', and 'PCI: Unable to reserve I/O region #1:80@fffff00 for device 00:0e.0'. I can't use the ether net card. So I can't boot the system via NFS.
  How can I do?
  Thanks for any advice .

Best regard,
Amy
