PIC development recommendations

hi,

I asked this earlier on the embedded list hoping it was the proper audience
but I didn't get a lot of responses of the subject. So if I may I would
like to ask here. Is anyone here on this list doing any robotics
development using LinuxPPC and PICS or even the MIT Hnadyboard?

I am trying to put together a development system on my G4 using LinuxPPC.
Has anyone out there done any PIC development on a Mac using PPC? I would
like to hear from you and your suggestions.
