where to get sources ?

Hello.

I'm a newbie at embedded linux and after i had successfuly setup my CDK i
now want to make
the first steps to setup a linux system on a embedded ppc target.

First of all i want to setup a minimal system.
Therefor i search a source to download the linux source.
Are there special download locations for the CPU i use ?

My target system uses a MPC8240 CPU.
There is a intel 82559 ethernet chip on the board.
System memory size is 256MB or 512MB , no disks, so i think i need a
ramdisk.
A further step will be to start the system from flash (8MB / intel flash).
