WARNING: dmasound ed21

Hi sound-testers et. al.,

Just a note that the posted "hack dmasound ed21" is probably no longer
compatible with the BK linuxppc_2_4 tree.

I need to re-make it - or, rather, merge it with the non-hacked version.
