MPC8xx lcd driver for 2.4 kernels

Hi everybody,

I wrote a framebuffer kernel driver (2.4) for the MPC8xx LCD controller.
It supports all usual features and uses the default framebuffer API. I
don't know if such a driver is already included in the HardHat sources
(Before I startet it was not - ).

It is in the 2.2.14 kernel (CDK 1.2 for 8xx processors like RPX-Lite,
Linux Planet, BSE-IP) and we just sort of "moved" it into 2.4.

Send me what you have, and I will merge the two into something better.
