XFree4 on the control display adaptor

Hi all,

I've been struggling a bit with running XFree4 on my PowerMac, on the
control display adaptor.

For all those that would like to try the same, I've put up a page with
the required patches:

The patches are not really clean; rather quick hacks to make it work.
But they do help out ;-)
