KENSINGTON Turbo Mouse 5.0 and 2.2.15

This beast only works as a 1-button mouse under 2.2.15  Does anyone have a
hacked mac_keyb.c that'll give this 3-button functionality?

Also, does this device have two adb addresses, or is there a problem with
adb.c's detection routine?
