2 GB RAM support??

I have the opportunity to play with a G4 AGP machine with 4 512MB DIMMS in
it.. i.e 2 GB of RAM.

I recall there was some discussion on this list awhile ago about how to
support 2 GB, but I can't seem to find it in the archives.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this might be accomplished?

I know there are going to be some interesting issues related to mapping
all the RAM after KERNELBASE. Does anyone have any ideas on the right way
to do this?
